Efficient and quick dealership!!! I've purchased 3 different cars within the last 7 years from big dealerships and they always took 6+ hours of my day. Felipe the salesman was very nice, NOT pushy at all whatsoever, and quick to help me get a lower payment than what I first qualified for.
I got the exact car I wanted, I've never been able to do that at a dealership! They always pushed me towards other cars, not Felipe. He helped me ride out with the car I had my eye on since stepping into that dealership.
The blonde girl with bangs was super helpful too and the financing guy was so funny and sweet.
Highly recommend coming here if you're looking to purchase or trade in, like I did.
Talk with Moses, he will get you a good deal and is a genuine guy! I love my car! Also, the building is new and the employees there are all very helpful and super nice. They even put tv on for the kids to watch! I would definitely recommend this place for used (or new) cars!
BAIT And SWITCH! Lack of accountability and integrity.
I went to look at a used vehicle at this dealership. The dealership would not accept the price the vehicle was advertised at. Supposedly the vehicle had extra “options” installed on it (specifically teflon coating and nitrogen filled tires). They wanted an extra $1500 for these options and said they were not optional. THEN DONT SAY THE PRICE IS ONE AMOUNT when it is NOT!
Wasted mine and my friends time to drive all the way to Poway to look at this and make an offer. I had even asked about any additional fees over the phone before I went to look at it and was told there weren’t any besides tax and DMV.
To make things worse, they dropped the price on the vehicle a few days later. I called and they still said no. Then the next day they texted and offered a price that was only $500 above listing price. I had a busy work day but let them know I would reply when I had a break. By the time I could respond 3 hrs later they said the vehicle had been sold to someone else.
I felt like this business could care less about their customers and their time and that they totally lack integrity.
Two stars only because I liked the vehicle and they were nice during the test drive.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Desiree Viola - what a great salesperson! She listened to my concerns and came up with the perfect model for my needs. She's always available for questions when I call; if not she calls back ASAP.
I was looking to sell my vehicle and used Kelly Blue Book's "Instant offer" program. I was contacted by Pedder Hyundai shortly after filling out the forms online by David, who set me up with an appointment for an appraisal the following day. I was instructed to arrive at the service bay at 9am and that the process should take about 15-20 minutes.
That is where everything fell apart.
I arrived on time and as instructed. There was no one to be found in the service area, so I wandered through to the sales area. One man was helping a couple already, and two others rushed by me without a backwards glance. I continued to wander around between sales and service looking for assistance. Finally I was able to flag down a gentleman heading to the service counter.
He told me that the service department was not able to help, and that I needed to wait for an available salesperson. Then he informed me that the sales department was in a meeting for the next 45 minutes or so, and that I would need to wait until that was over. I showed him my email with the instructions that were provided, and he could care less.
I tried to contact David to let him know what had happened and my displeasure at the lack of communication or lies. I have never received a response to date.
If you value your time and want to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, please go someplace else. As a note, I ended up getting a much more competitive offer at CarMax and I was in and out with check in hand in 40 minutes after arrival.
Awesome team, took my car to be serviced there for the first time. The booking process works quite well, it was smooth to make the appointment and got a text reminder too. They have a very fast process at the dealer, great waiting room with coffee, TV, wifi, all you need. My car was returned in the same day with all the inspections and tasks that needed to be done completed. Will definitely come back!
Got a Hyundai recall notice. Called to make a recall appt. They knew exactly why I was coming in. When I arrived “ sorry no part in stock”. What kind of responsible dealership makes appts for service when they don’t have the needed part? And don’t look ahead to contact customer before he takes off work to drive 30 miles. Spoke to director of service about it. They know about the issue - but don’t seem to really care about my time.
I have always had a great experience with servicing my Santa Fe at Hyundai in Poway, CA. My Service Agent, Jason, is the best. Always cheerfully greeting me and helpful with what I need to have serviced on my vehicle. I cannot say enough about Jason. I would give him a 10+ if the stars went high enough. And I have never had a problem with the service on my Santa Fe. Cudos to the mechanics as well.
